Samsung recall 2.8 million washing machines over injury risks

 When you're going through a difficult patch, never thought that things could not get worse. After evil Galaxy Note 7 fiasco, Samsung probably thought nothing could go wrong this year. But the company just announced that it will recall about 2.8 million of top-load washing machines, following reports that 733 of the units violently shaking them to pieces.
According to a US interest Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced, "The washing machine top can suddenly removed from the washing machine chassis during use, posing a risk of injury from the impact."
The group recorded example of people being boring machines, including a broken jaw, and injured his shoulder, and other influential or fall related injuries.
Elliot Kaye, president CPSC said, more units were not "tie came upon a design failure. And on top just completely blows off."

Back in September, it was reported that the CPSC is working with Samsung to address safety issues related to some of the plant. It seems things have escalated since then, leading to today's announcement.
The recall affects 34 models that were sold from March 2011 to November 2016. Owners should contact Samsung immediately. they will be offered the choice of a free in-home repair to improve the device - with a year-long extension of the warranty - or lamb can be used on a new washing machine, including those who do not have a Samsung. Anyone who bought the device in 30 days can opt for a full refund.
