If you are still using a Blackberry device that runs the BB OS or the old-school Nokia devices, count your blessings, at least for now, because Whatsapp is extending support for its service until the 30th of June, 2017.
The extension doesn’t cover handsets running Android 2.3 and earlier, Windows Phone 7 or iOS 6.
In other words, WhatsApp wants you to upgrade your phone to continue enjoying its services. If that is a luxury you can’t afford, why not get one for free with Samsung’s ongoing #BestMomentNG campaign.
